The sperm meets egg last week, and voila-you make babies! It's so early that when you are 3 weeks pregnant, you may not know that you're actually pregnant. Conception just happened a few days ago, and there may not yet time for you to miss a period, but at week 3 of pregnancy.

When you're three weeks pregnant, the symptoms may not show up yet either. That's because most of the early pregnancy symptoms are caused by pregnancy hormones, and you may not have a very high rate of people in your body yet. (! Oh, but you will get there) Some signs of pregnancy at 3 weeks-and the following few weeks-are:

You may be eager to start seeing something different about your appearance, but in three weeks pregnant, the stomach does not really matter. Although you may feel a little bloated, most pregnant women do not begin to show until about week 12 or later, so you have quite a way to go before you actually look pregnant.

Before you start eating for two, knowing that doctors only recommend most women gain 1-5 pounds total in-first trimester is the first 13 weeks. So you certainly do not have permission to start engaging in three weeks pregnant. In fact, you do not have to actually do anything different except try to eat healthy, well-rounded diet and take a daily prenatal vitamin with at least 400 micrograms of folic acid in it. Doctors do not recommend increasing your daily calorie intake until the second trimester. Once you hit 14 weeks, you will want to add about 300 (healthy) calories per day.

3 weeks pregnant ultrasound may not detect the soon-to-be-baby. Super-tiny fertilized egg (called marula a) is smaller than a grain of salt and move on, but as early as 4 weeks your doctor may be able to see the lining of your uterus get thicker, a sign that the marula small have reached their goals for the remainder of the pregnancy (you can guessed it: your uterus).
